York

Chris Koay cooking at homeI joined the Mott MacDonald York office in 2002 as a graduate, the first graduate in the office. The York office was established in 1998. It was occupied by the railways division mainly railway signalling business. Over the years, the York office has now expanded to 45 employees with three divisions; railways, management and power. Railways division has substantially widen its business services, now covering signalling, permanent way, electrical and telecommunication.

Outside work I do enjoy walking around York city with friends. I really enjoy cooking various kinds of cuisine for friends and they all love my food. I shall consider branding my cooking as Christopher’s Kitchen.

York city is a great place to work and live in. This beautiful city is one of England’s most important historical centres and the best preserved medieval city in the United Kingdom. Mott MacDonald's office is situated right in the centre of the city and surrounded by well preserved city walls.
