Mott MacDonald are world leaders in tunnelling. We have a strong international reputation based on success in many high profile projects around the globe. In the UK, the tunnels team is based in Croydon and is around 75 in number, there are similar numbers working mainly in Asia and North America.

We have led many of the major rail, metro, highway and water/wastewater projects undertaken by the Group. Our previous successes include:

• The Channel Tunnel, Heathrow Express Rail Link and the Jubilee Line Extension in the UK
• Boston Central Artery, San Diego Mission Valley East LRT tunnels and the Los Angeles Metro in the USA
• Bangkok Metro, Singapore Metro and Delhi Metro in Asia
