Mott MacDonald UK graduate community
Graduate Weekend 2005There are many
opportunities for graduates around the country to meet and exchange
ideas, from the annual graduate weekend and vast range of clubs and
societies that are on offer to GiGi, a dedicated graduate site on
our intranet which acts as a forum for discussion. We believe corporate responsibility is about actions, not just words and should be an integral part of our operations to ensure we contribute positively to society. This is why there are plenty of opportunities to get involved in local and international initiatives.
Mott MacDonald is a patron of RedR – Registered Engineers for Disaster Relief – and our staff have helped charities and aid agencies provide emergency water supplies for refugees in such countries as Albania, Macedonia and Rwanda. Some of our experienced RedR engineers have helped to train new volunteers going on assignment and many of our graduates help raise funds for the charity.
We are also involved in a number of local initiatives aimed at promoting engineering within the community such as the ICE’s Henry Palmer Award scheme.
