With our well established mentoring programme you should never feel that you’ve been left alone in the wilderness. You’ll receive continuing support from a senior colleague who will take a close interest in your development, helping and guiding you to make the most of your opportunities.

You will be encouraged to attend a variety of training courses each year that will assist you with your development. These courses can be either technical, financial or management or they can deal with law and contracts. We also believe that courses promoting interpersonal skills are important, as you’ll often have to liaise and work alongside clients from an early stage in your career. Where institutions require a structured training programme for chartered status, we will support this.
