One of our Year in Industry students, Tim Lai getting some fresh airOur UK vacation and industrial placements offer a great opportunity to experience working for a consultancy either in a summer between university years or as a year out from university.

Right from the start, you will be involved in real projects as part of a team helping to put some of your academic experience into practice.

We have links with the Year in Industry Scheme. The scheme offers students the opportunity to work in engineering or manufacturing for a year before commencing university.

We also sponsor two annual QUEST scholarships through the Institution of Civil Engineers for students who are about to start a degree in civil engineering.
